6. Prepare any one of the following projects in about 500 words.
a) Interview three individuals from different age groups (child, adult, elderly) and describe their daily diet. Prepare a chart comparing their nutritional intake with their specific RDA and analyze if their diet meets their body’s needs. (See Lesson 4)
