4. Answer any one of the following questions in about 100-150 words.
A. Mr. Jacob, a scientist in a government organization, is making a project report of his recent confidential project in word processing software. He wants to protect his document from accidentally changing its format and text or from other users to get access to it. Help him by telling the steps of the same in detail. [See Lesson 3]
B. Rachna, a beginner in the IT field has just started learning about word processing software. Help her identify the components shown in the given screenshot. Also, mention the purpose of these components in brief. [See Lesson 3]
5. Answer any one of the following questions in about 100-150 words.
A. Mr. Rajat, a class teacher of X B, needs to prepare a consolidated result sheet of his whole class, in which he may need to apply various formulas/functions for calculations. He may also need to represent the data in the form of a variety of charts for better analysis. Suggest the name of the software on which he should start working. B. Supriya, a homemaker is preparing a month-wise annual budget of her household expenses. She has already done it for January, February, and March in separate sheets. Now she wants to add more sheets to make it for the remaining months. Help her by telling the steps of the same. Additionally, she may want to rename the sheets for better organization. How will she do this?
6. Prepare any one of the following projects in about 500 words:
A. Daniel, a sports analyst has just gathered some data related to the recently concluded Olympic games and stored it in a spreadsheet software for further analysis. Screenshot of the same is given here for the reference: [See Lesson 6]
